About Peter Rossi

I am a technology operator first. I have spent my career building, scaling, and fixing technology in businesses where performance matters.

Most recently I was CTO at a PE-backed business with around 650 staff. I led technology through a period of rapid growth, integrated 22 acquisitions, and supported a successful exit. That work required practical execution: platform strategy, team leadership, operating discipline, and constant focus on commercial outcomes.

Before that, I co-founded InfoSaaS with John Godwin and Andrew Beverley. We built the business from the ground up and sold to a PE-backed acquirer in 2021. That founder journey still shapes my perspective: I understand what it takes to scale with limited resources while maintaining product quality and delivery trust.

Earlier in my career, I spent four years at McLaren, including trackside Formula 1 work. It taught me precision, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure — habits I still bring to every engagement.

Today, through ZP Ventures, I advise PE and VC investors as well as growth businesses on technology due diligence, strategy, and execution. I have supported over £300m in investment decisions and continue to work where technology quality is central to value creation.
